The Vineyard, Richmond

This attractive home was originally a small Victorian cottage of approx. 600 square feet.

In 2004 Pridenature implemented it’s planning permission to extend the side and rear elevations in addition to excavating a basement to create a sympathetic mix of period and contemporary design of approx. 2100 square feet of 4 bedroom family accommodation.

The property has very recently been further updated in 2011 and again in 2017. This project highlights our ability to maximise footprints and our creative approach to investing in property.

Kingswood Court, Richmond

This four bedroom, three bathroom house in Richmond recently undertook a refurbishment internally and externally.

The building now provides a modern interior and the new kitchen layout utilises the recently extended light well and double height windows leading into the garden.

Planning permission was granted to convert the unused light well area into a utility space separated from the main kitchen by a set of glass sliding doors.

The stunning Eggersmann kitchen leads on towards the rear of the house where the original staircase has been removed allowing the double height and glass wall to be fully appreciated.
